If you are a skilled contractor in home renovations here your skill is used as equity to leverage income percentages in your favor. In this scenario our firm works with you (the contractor) together on the renovation project.  You would complete partial or all of the construction needed and be paid a percentage of the profits based on the amount deferred for later payout.  Contractor will be protected with Operations Agreement and Deed Restriction, which means at the sale, refinance or transfer of any type your company is listed as a part owner and paid at the closing with your partner (the firm).  Because of the discounted properties we acquire, you can see below we are very competitive in percent splits to our contractor partners.
